Job Description

Our client operates an established but growing healthcare business in the Bracknell Area.

Due to ongoing expansion of their business, they are now looking to appoint a Customer Service Champion to their patient care coordination team.

The role is well suited to an experienced and commercially minded customer services specialist from a healthcare, retail or hospitality background where a positive customer experience is central to the role.

Applicants should be recognised as forward thinking, motivated and with an attention to detail who are also commercially aware and are keen to work in a team setting.

You will be working closely alongside the Business Development Manager to develop and deliver clear customer communication processes and procedures as well as discussing specific treatment plans and customer concerns on a one to one basis with clients.

While some experience working in a healthcare setting would be advantageous, we are actively seeking applications from fast learning and adaptable candidates, who can clearly demonstrate their experience delivering exceptional customer service experiences in their previous roles.
